Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy for the Holistic Health Network.

Welcome to the Holistic Health Network, a professional community created to provide a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment for health and wellbeing professionals. By joining this community, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, which ensure the privacy, safety, and respectful nature of our space.

1.⁠ ⁠Confidentiality and Respect:
Members of the Holistic Health Network must maintain strict confidentiality and respect for the sensitive nature of the content shared within the community. This includes any discussions, shared experiences, or private information disclosed during meetings or conversations. Members agree not to share or disclose any content, ideas, or personal details of other members outside the community without explicit permission. Breaching this confidentiality will result in immediate removal from the network.

2.⁠ ⁠Self-Responsibility Model:
As a member of the Holistic Health Network, you are expected to take full responsibility for any feelings or emotions that arise in relation to the content, discussions, or dynamics of the community. Should any personal or emotional challenges emerge, you are encouraged to seek guidance or support from Liz Reddish directly, outside of the community space, to address such matters in a confidential and supportive manner. The network is a space for professional growth, and members are encouraged to practice self-awareness and self-care.

3.⁠ ⁠Data Handling and Privacy:
All meetings held within the Holistic Health Network will be recorded and shared exclusively among the members of the community for the purpose of collective learning and reflection. These recordings are for internal use only, and personal information shared within these sessions must remain confidential.

•⁠  ⁠Personal details (including contact information) must not be shared outside the community unless explicit permission is obtained directly from the individual concerned. Members must reach out to the individual to confirm whether it is appropriate to share their contact details for referrals or other professional reasons.
•⁠  ⁠By participating in this community, you agree to the collection and sharing of recorded meetings for community use only.

4.⁠ ⁠Subscription Cancellation:
Members are free to cancel their subscription to the Holistic Health Network at any time. There are no long-term commitments or obligations. To cancel your subscription, simply notify Liz Reddish, and your membership will be terminated promptly. Refunds are not available for the current month after cancellation, but future billing will cease immediately.

5.⁠ ⁠Community Code of Conduct:
The Holistic Health Network is committed to being a safe space for health and wellbeing professionals to come together, learn, inspire, and support one another without prejudice or judgement. All members are expected to uphold these values in their interactions.

•⁠  ⁠Respect and kindness towards other members are paramount.
•⁠  ⁠If for any reason Liz Reddish feels that your contribution or behavior within the community does not align with these values, she reserves the right to terminate your subscription without prior notice.
•⁠  ⁠All decisions regarding termination are final and non-negotiable.

6.⁠ ⁠Event Pricing:
In-person events organised by the Holistic Health Network are not included in your regular subscription fee. These events will be individually priced, and participation is optional. Details regarding pricing and registration for each event will be provided in advance.
